Any ideas on how to default the 'engineer' login for MiVoice Office App Suite? We use our demo system very seldom and just today the default login (u=engineer, p=Teleph0ny!) is no longer working. We never setup the email portion of the system so we can not use password reset link in browser.
Any ideas? Is my only option to do an 'uninstall program' thru Windows and re-install the whole thing?

It can be reset in the SQL database althought it is stored in an encrypted format so you'd need to copy it from a server that you know the password for, I've done it a few times after seeing Xarios support doing it.
