Hello,
I have the issue with my login to MiVoice Business 9.0.3.15 through the WebServer with address 192.168.x.xxx//esm_login.asp?loginBannerDisplayed=1#
See message below.
Chrome Java-allow, Pop-up allow, cookie clean - done
Please help!!! What I need to check? Do I need install Web Server on my PC? I use Lenovo T520

Just go to the IP address of the phone system... "https://192.168.1.2" or whatever your system is and enter your login credentials... If it says your credentials are wrong, wait 24 hours and try again, if that still gails, then you will need to do a system password reset (the process is in the manual) or get your vendor involved (they may have a system or root level login).

Check your login/password using Filezilla client.
Also, use Firefox browser.

I can login in to server manager page https://192.168.x.xxx/server-manager/ through the looks like pop-up window with admin and pass, but when I try to login to adm/config tool through https://192.168.x.xxx/esm_login.asp it give me "You have entered an incorrect login ID and/or password. Letters in the login ID and password are case-sensitive. Check that the Caps Lock key is not on..."
I installed MiVoice Business 9 onto Lenovo T520 just to test SIP phones 3-rd partys with Mitel and need to configure a couple phones more to test.

Here is Domain Information, the passwords and fingers :) exactly the same, but ...
xxxxxxx - company name
Domain information
Primary domain xxxxxxx.local
Virtual domains xxxxxxx.local
Primary web site http://mivoicebus.xxxxxxx.local/ doesn't work, give me a message ... bla-bla
Server manager https://mivoicebus.xxxxxxx.local/server-manager/ works fine!
User password panel https://mivoicebus.xxxxxxx.local/user-password/ works fine!

Im assuming you are logging into the /server-manager/ page with username: admin and your password
Try logging in to the MiVB interface with username: system and the same password you use for /server-manager/
If this is a new system on version 9, when configured the system password may be set to the same as your MSL admin login
Or if you havent changed the password from default it may be system/password as the login

No problem. Yes this is only something that has come about in version 9 of MiVB - just something to remember when setting up new systems :)

The system password doesn't have to be the same as the admin, but it makes things easier when they are aligned
