Customer has a Mitel SX-200 ICP running latest firmware. I created a 5312 with a multiline key to help answer calls for another extension. They have caller ID to their prime line, but the caller ID does not show for incoming calls to the multiline key. They said it does show caller ID once they answer the call. Is there a way to see caller ID before they answer the call for calls to a multiline keys. I am thinking COS but don't know where to look.

On our 3300 on the 5312's there was not a way. 5324's have a "Toggle" button/softkey that you can switch between name and number before the call is answered but the 12's do not have that.

Hmm that is interesting. Good to know on the 3300 if it comes up. Would that mean the SX-200 would be the same way?

Customer has a PRI with the carrier sending 4 digits, which is getting sent to the multi-line key using form 55. It is those 4 digits that are showing instead of the caller ID of the caller.
