Title: 5330 backlight control

Hello from novice admin: we have a user who cannot set his 5330 backlight to "off" after the timeout.  It worked for a month, and now the backlight is always on.  We swapped in a new 5330 and no difference.  I would like to know if there is a setting on the 3300 that is preventing his backlight from going off?

The configuration for this is under settings / screen saver. there you can set the brightness and the timing.

  Yes, and I've looked and don't believe there is anything on the 3300 that will affect this...
