Title: Programming Softkeys on 6940 in MVB

Hello,while the 6940 is active but no phone calls, the only softkey that appears is the "Redial" key. Can these softkeys be changed? For example, can I add a DND button to the softkey row? Also, if I pick up a call, the options I have in the softkey row is Transfer, Add User, Push Call, and End Call. Am I able to add additional softkeys there? I have empty slots available.

Hi,
yes of cause you can programm the buttons as usually over the MiVB User and Devices
Select the phone and prgramm the keys

Unfortunately, those keys are not customizable.

Yes, after that's kind of what I have come to the conclusion with. Kinda funky that you cannot customize though. Some minor changes to those soft keys would make a world of difference for my clients. Thanks for the info.
