Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if we can connect to the database on the NuPoint server?
We'd like to be able to run historical reports on certain call flows without using the call flow report on the NuPoint. Reason being that when the server is rebooted, all of that data is gone and we can't run a report for a specific month. In order to do that, we'd need to reset the call flow report at the beginning of the month and clear it before the next month and hope that the server is not rebooted in the meantime.
Is there a way to grab that data?

do you edit two file
/etc/e-smith/templates/var/lib/pgsql/10/data/postgresql.conf
/etc/e-smith/templates/var/lib/pgsql/10/data/pg_hba.conf
Bye Alessandro

FWIW, never edit a template directly. You can create/copy the original to customer templates edit this file and expand what ever requires this so as to replace the original with your modified setting. Modified setting can be deleted and another expand can be done to get back to default

Alessandro, to clarify, I am trying to get access to where the NuPoint stores the call flow report data. The postgresql.conf and pg_hba.conf were folders that don't provide any data.
Currently:
when the server is rebooted we lose all call flow report data.
when someone forgets to clear the call flow report data from the NuPoint at the end of the month, it's impossible to run a report on 1/1/2020 to 1/31/2020 (for example) because it will display ALL call flow data since the LAST TIME it was cleared.
I am trying to pull that data so I can have it for historical purposes.
