Hi. this question is about the Mitel AMC. My customer has a active software assurance, until 2011-11-xx but for some reason the MCD software releases is not available, the only releases of software that I can select is release 8 and 9 noting above.anybody that has any experience or something about this?

I would contact AMC and have them check it. It only takes a few min.

Not a 100% sure but think you cannot upgrade from rel 9 to 4.0 etc without purchasing new licences.

As long as the customer is under active/valid software assurance, and the hardware can support it, there should be no reason it couldn't go to 4.0 or higher.

I would do as Mattmayn has suggested and email AMC support at amc_support@mitel.com

I've actually run into this before and it was a glitch on the particular record. They had it fixed for me in about 24 hours.
