Hello,
Our Mitel 5000 system stopped to work before 1 week for 10 minutes. The phone system
stopped to work again today for 5 minutes. You can see the logs from today attached to
this post. I highlighted the errors with red color. Can you please help me to fix this issue
which happened 2 times ?

You reset is do to a "Code Change" and the other things you have colored Red are normal since the system is booting up; the T-1 has to sync with your carrier.
As for what is causing the Code Change I would look at your UPS. Most of the time if the system isn't getting a good power source and the mains goes into Brown Out, meaning the power drops but doesn't completely go out, then I would look at that. Cheap UPS that provide a square wave instead of a pure or close to pure sine wave are usually the culprit.
