Hi guys,
Is it normal not to be able to program keys in the PKM695 connected to a 6920 directly? The only way I can program speed dials is through the MiVoice Business Web interface.
Am I missing a setting somewhere?
Thanks for your help.

Make sure the Long Key Press (v8.x) or Enable Device Configuration (v9.x) is greater than 0 in Class of Service. That value is the timer you have to press and hold the line key for to be able to program it.

It's currently set to 2 (I had changed it from 3 to 2 seconds). If I hold down a key on the phone itself (connected to the PKM), I can program a speed dial, if I hold a key on the PKM, nothing happens.
Just curious if that's normal behavior for those who have a PKM 695.

It can only be done from the web interface?
