Hello,

I see this error when I plug a phone.

What's happen?

Forget it!

I use an injector and 5312 phone seems to be not compatible.

We use power injectors all the time on 5312's and 5324's and they shouldn't cause anything like that.

"Option 129 Missing" has nothing to do with your power injector, assuming it is functioning correctly... It relates to a DHCP server configuration issue, static assignment missing for the phone, or a VLAN issue. The phone is basically saying "I am connected to the network, but the DHCP server on the VLAN is not giving me the information I need to find the phone system" so it either needs to be manually assigned (VLAN ID or ICP address) or the port it's connected to is not configured correctly.

Well, followed procedure with 2 phones...

5312 IP behind injector: failed
5320 IP behind injector: OK
5312 IP directly on PoE: OK
