Title: ACD Agent with only external calls

Hello,

Is there a possibility in an mitel central to get an acd agent only calls from his ACD path? We are looking for a solution that these people only can get external calls and no anoying internal collegasues

Interconnect restriction may be able to be used to accomplish this.
