Title: Teleworker stuck on Applications Loading

Hi,

I have an issue whereby our teleworker 5300 series phones are stuck on "Application Loading" after booting up.

Appreciate any assistance

Josh7,

Make sure that all of the ports required for the 53xx series phones are allowed in and out of your firewall.

I have had this happen several times and it is always the firewall blocking ports; most likely SAC 3998 [TCP].
