I have an Ignite agent that gets this error when attempting to login to the Ignite client:
"The real-time service was unable to connect in the time expected"
The other agents are logging in fine.
Any ideas?

in my experience you get the error message for a number of different reason, including incorrect credencials
Are you sure they are correct and she has correct permission to use ignite?
