Title: MiVB 10 and 52xx Phones

Hi

We are on version MiVB 9.0SP3 and we are still using 5212/5215 phones.

Is there any official documentation from Mitel that says MiVB definitely will not support 5212/5215 phones? If so could you please share it?

The 5212 IP phone, 5215 Dual Mode IP phone, 5220 Dual Mode IP phone and 5224 Dual Mode IP phone will work but require the use of an external TFTP server; the Set Firmware is available to download from the Software Download Center page or Mitel Connect

These phone types are no longer supported in MiVoice Business 9.0 as the software loads are not available for download from the system:

• 5140 IP phone
• 5201 IP phone
• 5205 IP phone
• 5207 IP phone
• 5215 IP phone
• 5220 IP phone

• 6600 Your Assistant Pro
• App Server

• SS401
• SuperConsole 1000
• SS4015
• SS4025
• SS410
• SS4125
