This is kind of a loaded question... As the answer isn't always simple.

The basic answer is you download the software and the migration tool from Mitel and install it...

But this leads to more questions. What version do you have now? What version are you on now? Do you have valid SWA from Mitel to upgrade (otherwise the upgrade will fail)? Does your hardware meet the requirements as it may need a RAM upgrade as well?

I have already given a response on another forum.

The question is about ICP 9 not MiVB 9.

Minimum will be MCD 4.0 SP4 as the MXeIII is not supported before MCD 4.0SP4.
