Is there anybody knows how to reset the password of SX-200 release ver. 17 0r 19 to the default password.

Yeah... Unfortunately the only method is to contact your Mitel dealer and they will have to go through technical support to get a password reset. And if they tell there is a cost to get it done, they are telling you the truth and it isn't cheap.

Your alternative is to factory default and reprogram, but you will also need your license password too.
