Hi
I have networked 2 nodes together and have imported extensions across on both nodes.
The thing is when users from Node 1 dials Node 2 users, there is no issue at all however when Node 2 users dial Node 1 users, it comes up with "Invalid Extension"
Appreciate any assistance.

Are you sure that those extensions show up in Nodes 2's Phone Listing for Node 1?
Go to System > Devices and Feature Codes > Phones > {Node 1}: Look for any extension that you are dialing.
Make sure that port 5570 (TCP) is allowed in both directions between controllers; NAT/Port forwarding is not allowed.

Port 5570 was allowed only on one direction and I have fixed that. The issue has been resolved.
