Title: Configuration & capacity Reports

How can I make reports regarding the use of features systemwide, for the purpose of configuration and capacity management.
For example:
Report the devices that have a multicall button on other devices (with numbers of all devices).
Report the devices that have a dss/blf button on other devices.
Report currently logged on hot desk users
etc.
etc.

Go to Multiline set key assignment form.   Do a CSV export from there.   It will show you all the buttons that are programmed on each phone.   
You'll have to manipulate the data some but then you should be able to do some data sorts to show you what you need.
