Title: Can't call to some local numbers

Hello,

I got the following problem when I call from our Mitel phone to some local number it says error.

For example, if a call  XXX-XXX-XXXX from our Mitel says error but if a do it from my cell phone the calls go through.

This problem occurs today and it was working fine.

Any help would be appreciated if someone can push me in the right direction.

As long as your calls are going out the same ARS route as all your other calls, the problem is going to be with your carrier, not the Mitel.
