Anyone have the software to program MiVoice 250? I have talked to Mitel and my provider and they want to give me the run around. I just need to add a hunt group.

You'd need to know the exact version of software your 250 is on as there are specific plugins to connect to each version.

Your provider/maintainer should easily be able to provide it.

As long as you know the admin password you can GUI to IP address of 5000 and go through AWP webpage to add a hunt group.

It's a Mivoice 6.3.7.78. How do you get GUI? I have user and password. But I don't have password to be on same network as controller.

Trying to configure a hunt group through the web interface is a complete waste of time. Yes you can “create” one, but that’s about it.

put this in your browser {https://internal IP Address of Mitel 5000}  that will allow you to login to webpage.  user: admin passcode:
