Title: Call waiting not working on phone with correct COS

Hello. I am administering a Mitel 3300 ICP. I have a phone that does not show call waiting when another phone tries to call it when it is engaged. I checked the COS and this phone has the same COS as another phone that correctly flashes amber and shows the call waiting notification. Is there another form that needs to be configured to get the phone to show the call waiting notification?

Check your button programming is similar to phones that are working. i.e. Multiline keys.
