Title: Remove 'FEATURES' menu from 8568

Is it possible to remove the FEATURES soft key from 8568 endpoints? I am looking to lock down the phones as much as possible and would rather keep users out of the contents.

Also, I am having trouble disabling missed call notifications. No extensions are in the 'Display Missed Calls on Phone' flag but I am still seeing 'Missed x' on the top right dynamic key.

For the feature key: go to system flags: SPCL Key Required Feature Code Entry...."yes"
Phone: Key assignment...Keymap: Key 6 SPCL...must change to something else.  If you are at Software Version 6.3 you can change to "Release Key" for call disconnection
