Hello, we use the call park and retrieve feature often.
We have it set up so if someone parks a call on our extensions, a button on our 6940 will flash as a reminder that a call is parked.
This works great, however, if someone is parked for too many minutes, the phone's screensaver comes on and we do not see the flashing button for the call retrieve caller.
Is there a way that I can have the park retrieve button also flash the red LED on the phone? This way, we will still know a caller is parked if the screensaver comes on.

Might be easier to extend the screensaver timer on the phone.

Yes, thought the same, just didnt know if we could have the LED flash.

Yes it's a problem when you don't have physical keys with LED's
It doesn't really grab your attention when there's a MWI flashing on a button with the 6940.
