Title: Mivoice Call Recording , CTI Link failure

Hi

We have installed MiVB + MBG + MiVCR which was working successfully for approx 8 months

off late we are facing CTI Link down error in MiVCR . we restart the MIVCR 8 to 10 times after which it gets resolved

the error shows CTI Link down , MiVOICE 5000 waiting for Com port

It sounds like you either have the wrong, or multiple CTI services running.
It should only be the Mitel Driver service running out of all the Level2OAI services if it's an MCD (3300).
Check Windows Services (services.msc)

It is MCD 3300
we have checked windows services ( services.msc)

only Mitel Driver is ON .

multinode driver is off

Hi.
The settings are same as per the snap shot attached . This was a working setup for 8 months .
recently we are getting this error , after 3 to 4 times restart of MiVCR the link shows up . as on date Link is up

But we are not sure when the issue will reoccur .

we have disabled Level2OAI_Mitel Driver and restarted MiVCR , it has synced with MiVB

i will observe for few days and confirm .
