My HR is busy and want phones to be routed to a phantom extension. It works fine if I put the phantom on the DID but to go through the CRA it just says Holding in the "Current Calls" of Diagnostics Tool and does not ring (Silent). I tried sending it to a CRA that times out to a Huntgroup that has an extension that goes to a Phantom and that doesn't work either it times out saying that the HG number is not available.

Do the phantoms and Hunt Groups have extension ids? What is the phantom suppose to be doing? ie forwarding the call or placing it in park.

Forward the calls to a mobile number.
