Anyone connected this to a MCD? If so how was it done sip trunk or sip extensions?

FWIW, a coworker spend most of the day trying to get this working prior to my post. Seems that they may have made some changes as it appears to take calls now without any changes that weren't tried earlier. It is a sip trunk connection currently
