We are using MiCollab version 8.1.210. The software client keeps a running record of call history (missed, placed, etc) in the section named "Inbox".
Is there a way to clear the call history out of MiCollab?
-
Not that i'm aware of no. Its a question I get asked quite a lot.
So far I havent found a way to do it.
-
Agreed. I get this question constantly. You wouldnt think it would difficult to include a right-click menu to clear history within the software programming.

Hi rgardeck,
Just found out today that this 'feature' is finally coming in MiCollab 9.1!
Thought you might like to know.
Thanks

I haven't tried it yet, but I saw this when installing a new client this morning. Also has a newer 7.3.0.411 UCA client

Yes with v9.1 this appears to work, deleted a coup;e of duplicate tests calls I made earlier today

Since we are new to the Mitel platform and I am not sure how exactly to go about upgrading, I'll have to ask a simple question..... Where do I find the MiCollab client downloads? We are currently running the version below.
MiCollab Client
Server Version 8.1.2.8
Client Version 8.1.210 (build 125)

You would need to contact whoever supports/maintains your Mitel for them to upgrade you to 9.1
There isn't a specific client download location on the web, you download it from your server using the following address:
