Over the years, this has happened to me numerous times. Unable to log into the console, getting an invalid user/pass error message. Typically we reboot the controller and all is well again.
Is happening now on a CX system running 4.2. I have to assume others are seeing this intermittant issue. What do you do to resolve or prevent it?

On a fluke, I decided to try and log in from another computer. And it worked! Is it some kind of security lockout of my IP or MAC address? I did have an ESM session from the locked out machine a few hours ago - perhaps I didn't log out properly.
Thoughts?
