I've got agents telling me their phone rings once then in the headset. They would like this fixed. Initially, I thought it was a COS issue and I put my phone on their COS and experienced the delay myself. I put my phone on my test COS and no delay. I compared the two and found zero differences. I retested with both COS and this time had no delay with either. So is this something I can control or just a timing issue?

What happens if you log a complaining agent into the phone of an agent that doesn't have the same issue?
