I have a client whose caller Id has been working for quite some time and now they send me a picture of there Phone that has TG92003. They have Sip Phones with Sip Trunks.

Check to see if the station flag Expanded CO Call Information On Displays is enabled.

Sorry, I do not see that in the phone's flags or the system flags. Again They are Sip phones. I see those flags in the IP phones, but not in the SIP.
 The got another unusual number "V111153245000310"

You could run a trace and see if caller ID information is being received from the carrier for direction on where to look (seeing it there - look at the phone system, not seeing it there - check with the provider)

All the calls that come in 99.5% show the correct Caller ID info. It was just 2 calls  that I know of that showed other info such as a trunk group number and something else

If the problem is no longer occurring and you can't recreate the problem then there isn't a problem to solve; rule #1.

Most likely the SIP Provider didn't send the correct information or no information at all.
