Title: MiVoice Office 400 and our Robot-Voices

Hello all

We got a MiVoice Office 400 Release 5.0.

Every week a lot people call us because of robotic voices after a few minutes of calling.
If we got short calls, it's ok. But if they take longer that, lets say 15min, the person on the other side changes to a robot.

I never seen error messages in our system and don't know where to start searching for the problem.

Does any other person have the same problem, or knows, how to get rid of it?

What type of trunks do you have? Is it SIP?
