Title: mitel 5540 IP cant get ringer to come on

PLEASE HELP WITH MY MITEL 5540 IP! CAN'T GET RINGER TO TURN ON IT JUST FLASHES AND THERE'S NO BELL ON/BELL OFF OPTIONS UNDER FUNCTIONS..ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS ISSUE?
