Hello. I have been trying to remove an extension on the Mitel 3300 ICP via the web interface but I get the following error message: Deprogram Generic group alert programmed on it before deassigning acd set. I checked under "User and Services Configuration > Keys" and found that a Generic Group Alert was set on one of the keys so I deleted it then tried to remove the extension but still get the same error message. Would could be causing this issue?

Can you uncheck the ACD Enabled box on the profile tab?

I tried that but I get the same error message as before ("Deprogram Generic group alert programmed on it before deassigning acd set").

Have a look at the ACD Path or Skill Group. The generic groupe alert should be there. You will need to delete it.

The user isn't logged in when you're trying to do that are they?

I checked the ACD Path and Skill Group forms but did not find it. Is it possible to locate where this number is being used using a maintenance command?

No user is logged on since when dialing the number, the "Out of Service" message is shown.
