Title: Dial by name directory = first name then last

Hello, On our new 3300 we are using the Nupoint VM package. Currently, when a call comes into the AA and gets into the dial by name directory, the system wants the last name and then the first. This has caused many headaches. How do I switch the dial by name to first look for the first name of the person in the directory?

You can change this in the call director, there you can choose between first and last name.

You can change the prompt to say first then last, but you have to got to each mailbox and put the first name in the last name box and vice versa. I think this causes maintenance nightmares, but you can do it albeit ungracefully
