I have attached a picture. I have a customer with a Mitel 470 with Release 6.0 software that their CPU2-S card is on but has no other lights. Is this normal? When I click any of the links under "Multimedia" in the GUI nothing displays on the screen. Short of opening a ticket with Mitel, it seems like the card is on but malfunctioning?

Have you tried connecting a monitor and keyboard to it directly? Maybe a hang or freeze issue?
