Hello,
I am fairly new to the MiCollab environment. I have Micollab version 8 installed. If we go into Contacts then corporate contacts, I can see many of the associates, which is the way I would expect it to work. With that said, the corporate contacts list includes our group voicemail boxes that we have setup in the system.
Is there a way to remove certain contacts so we do not see them in the corporate listing within Micollab?

On the server if you go to Micollab Client Service > Configure MiCollab Client Service > Corporate Directory
You can remove devices from here without removing them from the system.

Awesome! Thanks, this works great. Now, where would I go if I wanted to get them back into the contacts list?

You just click on add (next to remove / refresh) in the top right hand corner of that page and it lists all devices, including those previously removed I beleive.

Worked great! Thank you

Oh, another question we have.... Is it possible to add contacts in MiCollab, under the Corporate list, of those individuals who do not have a VM box? Some of our users have phone extensions but do not have mailboxes, so we'd still like to have them in the Corporate contacts list.

You need to add them to MiCollab.
I think with the latest version of MiCollab they get added from the Controller automatically, as long as they have a Username.
