Title: All phones called to speakerphone for emergency

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if the Mitel systems have a feature where you can dial a number and it calls every phone to speaker phone as an announcement (like a PA system).
This would be used for emergencies and company urgent announcements.

Only 64 phones can be direct paged at one time. If you have more there are ways of cascading, otherwise set up a page group and be done

Thanks, They have 40 odd so that suits fine.
So it's paging groups I need to configure?

Page group with members that have the proper settings in their cos. Then feature code direct page plus group number. Page will come over all members speakers
