Title: SX 200 AX Dial 0 calls not ringing at switchboard

Guest rooms dialing 0 ring the Night 1 extension when the system in in Day service. Form 19 has Console LDN as Day extension and Night 1 is cordless extension number.

This is based on tenant and the definition in form 19... Find out what a guest room extension's tenant is (in 99% of cases, all rooms would be the same tenant), then go to form 19 and change to that tenant. There is a place at the top of the form where you define the Dial 0 destination for Day, N1, and N2.
