We are running the Oaisys Call Recorder solution on a Mitel Connect system.
Oaisys version 8.1.1051.2
The latest version I can find is MiVoice Call Recorder Business Edition - version 9.2.0153
There is VERY little documentation and when I asked TAC to assist I was told to contact Oaisys support. BLAH.
From what I can tell it is a straight forward installer - updater - I just do not want to break the clients working system.
We just have to add support for the end users software for Window 10 users.
Thank you - any advise would be appreciated. As it stands I am going to try the upgrade tonight.

As long as you are in software assurance so you are licensed for 9.2 it's purely a case of next, next, next and then users will get a new client prompt on logging in.
