Ok, I have an issue going on and I can't seem to find a cure. When we dial x1309 it is ringing x1335. I have looked at configurations and nothing looks off. I don't see anything on the phone saying forwarding call. On x1335 it does say forwarded call from the extension that dialed x1309. Any help would be appreciated or if you need more details I will freely give. Phones are 5312 and system is Myvoice 250 verson 6.3.7.58 - Release version 6.3 sp1

Most likely if you don't see the Display of 1309 saying that it is forwarding a call then it can only be that the call it getting there via System Forwarding with the message of Forwarded From.
Go to System > Devices and Feature Codes > Phones > 1309 > Forwarding Paths.
Look for a path that goes to 1335.
What may be easier is to go to System > Phone-Related Information > System Forwarding Paths and look for any Path that goes to 1335 and then go to the phone system forwarding paths and see if that forwarding path is in there.

I checked both those settings and nothing is being forwarded to x1335. I just thought of another piece of information. I moved teacher from x1309 to x1335 so I did have to move mailboxes. I moved teacher that is now at x1309 from x1329. I don't know if that will help.

Do you have a User Profile setup for 1309? The User profile is setup under Users.
You can also look at System > Devices and Feature Codes > Phones > 1309 > Associated Extensions > Associated User Extension and see if anything is programmed there.

No user profiles. Only forward path I see is to voicemail.

How did you move the mailboxes? Did you delete and re-add them?

Without being able to see your database in RT I would say to delete 1309 and rebuild it.
I am sure it is a simple issue, but without seeing it in action and how you are trying to call it I am at a loss as to what is "forwarding" calls to 1335.

Responding to DND,
I just moved the user to that extension and just login to their voicemail with their passcode. I moved 3 other teachers and everything works correctly for them.

The only programming was name changes?

Go to View > On-Line Monitor and turn it on. It will give a warning just press OK as you are not doing anything in there. This will open up some views you don't normally get to see.
Go to System > Devices and Feature Codes > Phones > 1309 > Forward Information
If you don't see anything in here or in any of the other locations that you previously looked at then calls aren't being forwarded from this phone.

Are you dialing the extension from another phone? or calling a DID? Are you using the company directory? (Simple questions I know, Just wanna help cover all the basics)

So I have an update. So no explanation on how calls started forwarding to x1335 and no explanation on how calls stop forwarding. Now calls are going to x1309. I did look under Forward information and didn't see anything which is what I expected. Thanks for your help. I will mark thread as closed.
