Title: Day Ring-In Routing

I have 2 DID's, each going to a different location. I am adding another DID pointed to a CRA, but when I call in it goes to the attendant

RLyon,

This is a pattern matching system so if you don't have the correct DID pattern or if the pattern comes after one it would match on then it will follow that. Let's say the follow is setup on the system.

1235
123x
1236
E
+

If the DID is 1234 it will match on the first 1234 it comes to. If the DID incoming is 1236 it will match on the 123x before it matches on the 1236. If the pattern coming in is 1328 then it will match on the E [Everything] and if the DID pattern is blank it will match on the + [Anything].
