We have a customer with a Mitel 5312 phone that currently shows "Out of Town" on the display. I have deleted and re added the phone and voicemail box. I have factory reset the phone. It is still showing up on the display. The phone can make and receive calls but the customer wants the message to go away. What could be the cause of and fix for this?

Superkey advisory messages

Superkey advisory messages
Advisory messages would go away with deleting the phone or user and not return unless set manually...
What system?

Superkey advisory message worked! Yeah both a factory default and deleting and readding the phone did not remove it surprisingly.
