We have a property with a Mitel 470 and they have a single 6867 phone in their office that will not receive calls. Is there a way to see if they have DND activated or to see what presence their phone is in remotely? Is there a way to see if there is any call forwarding on?

yes you should be able to see presence and forwarding under the user.
Just expand all and look through all the users parameters.
