Title: Volume Control on SC1000

I can't remember the answer to this.

Does any one know if a DNIC SC1000 console ever had a variant that had handset volume control?

Yes I believe the SC1000 had volume control for the handset.

That's what I thought.   My customer says the same thing.
Mitel tech support says no.   
I can't find any documentation that shows otherwise.

The problem is, we have a customer that had a console go bad.   We replaced it and now there is not volume control for the hand set.

Does the new console not have volume keys or do they just not adjust the volume of the handset?

The replacement console has volume keys but apparently it only controls the ring volume.
