Title: Call records

Has anyone ever captured and dealt with call records without purchasing a syetem.  We have a programmer that would like to create an in house system.  I am not sure what to tell hem or where to start looking.

That is what I needed thank you.  I was looking for CDR when I should have been looking for SMDR.
