Hi Johnp,

i want to play 2times my IVR, so in the timeout i put = Retry , and in the retry count = 2

it works but the issue is : betewwen the two IVR i don't know i it's possible to suppress the automatic  Mitel prompt : "sorry, no choice has been made please try again...." something like this

Play it once then time out to the a similar same menu with the same greeting that times out to final destination. Hit menu 1 times out to Menu 2 times out to message saying thank you goodbye.  This would have 1 retry. Otherwise, you can set all key presses back to the menu and say if you would like to repeat this menu you can press any key, then time out to a message and good bye

I found another way around, with audacity I stick on the same track the message twice with 3s of waiting between the two. so i don't need to use the retry count.

There are instructions online on how to copy the greeting off the system for a calflow. You can then run it through audacity to convert it to wav and upload it to the second menu

the main issue was : it is possible to suppress the mitel prompt before the seconde retry.

I don't think you can suppress the prompt. You can go in and  change the prompt so that it plays silence. Not sure if that would effect any other area where it may be used though. Therefore my suggestion on how to handle this
