Amal, were they working before or is this a new ASUII deployment?

Are you using NuPoint or imbedded voicemail?

You will need to make sure the analog extensions have a COS which allows ONS CLASS/CLIP: Message Waiting Activate/Deactivate  Yes

This depends entirely on the type of message waiting indication the phones are designed for... There is traditional Neon 90vAC, like most hotels use in their rooms, that is fully supported by Mitel, there is AT&T/Avaya "Definity" Analog LED Msg Waiting (NOT supported by Mitel), and CLASS/CLIP message waiting (sometimes called FSK message waiting) which is typically used by telco voicemail systems and is fully supported by Mitel.

How you setup the port and program it in COS and Analog Circuit descriptor defines how the message waiting is handled.

You may need to disable the caller id messaging in their cos. This does work for both and each type require a different cos
