Title: **FAIL** Teleworker to MBG upgrade

Guys,
just managed to do an upgrade from MSL8.2.15 TW4.5, to MSL 9.0.22 MBG5.2 and got the following error.
When the server rebooted i did not get the option to download a Blade. I had to go to the AMC and clear the hardware id then reassign. The blade download was then available. However i am now getting the following when attempting to sync.
Any ideas?
i will contact the distributor tomorrow to see if they can help too.

There is an FOC upgrade license that needs applying to the AMC record to allow an upgrade to MBG. I will try and find the PN.....

thanks guys, pretty sure i have applied that but will go back and check on the AMC to make sure.

Bob,
in the end i had to get the app record cleared at AMC, then deactivate servicelink on the MBG and reactivate again. Synch'd first time!!
