I have installed UCA 3.2 server and already sync with 3300 MXe but i cann't recive the invitation e-mail to download the UCA clinet.

Is thier a way to download the UCA 3.2 clinet?

You should be able to use the modify the following example to download the software:

https://<FQDN>/ucs/dl/UnifiedCommunicatorAdvanced.msi

Thanks Karma,

I am able to download now, but still I have another question that in 3300 what is the Device Type should I use? SIP, App Server Port or what?

Note: this ext should work as softphone only.

App server port. Which can't be programmed under users and devices....only under ip phones.

Hi all,

The UCA is working now and registerd but the Keybad is not their even the Pop up for incoming call is not coming.

I don't have access to my UCA at the moment, but there's a setting in the user preferences to enable/disable the pop-up for incoming calls....

 :) :) :)  if there a direct link .. could download  the UCA client for IPhone or android phone ? my phone could connect to the UCA server via wifi .. Thanks..
