Using windows 7. Cnnected through pulse secure, logged in to Micollab client but can not go online, the telephone icon stays grey.
Have been working this way for 2-3 years now, today is the first time I encountered this problem.
Can any one suggest a solution?

Is the MiCollab Client connecting to the MiCollab Server?
Is the user logged into the deskphone? Or is some other phone selected in MiCollab Client?
